Frequently Asked Questions:
~Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access to the yard, we can complete your releif visit.
~Can my dog remain in the yard during service?
Absolutely! We love dogs, and friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome to remain in the yard during service at the owner's discretion.
However, for the safety of our technicians and your pets, dogs displaying aggressive, territorial, or unsafe behavior must be kept indoors while service is being performed. If our technician determines that a dog presents a safety concern, service may be postponed until the yard can be safely accessed.
~How do I know service was completed?
After each visit, you'll receive a service notification confirming that your yard has been cleaned. We also provide a photo of your securely closed gate for added peace of mind.
~Are there contracts?
No. We want this whole process to be as easy as possible and we offer flexible service with no long-term commitments!
~How does billing work?
Services are prepaid to reserve your spot on our schedule. For your convenience, payments are automatically processed on a recurring basis on the 1st of each month and will continue until you request a change or cancellation.
We also offer Semi-Annual and Annual billing options for customers who prefer to pay in advance. If service is canceled before the end of a prepaid term, any unused portion will be prorated and refunded.
~How does the Deoderizing treatment work?
Our pet-safe, bio-enzyme deodorizing treatment is applied using a standard garden hose (yours or ours) to evenly cover your lawn and target odor-causing organic matter at the source. Unlike products that simply mask odors, bio-enzymes work to help break down the compounds responsible for unpleasant smells.
*This treatment is safe for natural grass and artificial turf and leaves behind a pleasant fresh-cut grass scent, helping your yard smell clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy.
~What happens during bad weather?
We service "rain or shine" all year long however, certain weather and safety conditions may occasionally require us to adjust our service schedule. If a visit must be postponed, we will complete it on the next available business day whenever possible. Our goal is to reschedule service within two business days of the original appointment.
If severe weather conditions persist beyond that timeframe and prevent us from safely servicing your yard, you will receive a credit or refund for the missed visit. During your next scheduled cleanup, we will take extra care to ensure your yard receives the attention it needs.
Fortunately, Colorado's abundance of sunny days means weather-related interruptions are typically rare and short-lived.
~Do you clean equipment between properties?
Yes. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each visit to help reduce cross-contamination and keep you and your family safe.
~What if my gate is locked or inaccessible?
Please ensure that all gates are unlocked and that we have clear access to the areas being serviced. If we are unable to access the yard upon arrival, the visit may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund.
~Do you provide service on holidays?
Service schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to major holidays. If your regular service day is affected, we will notify you and schedule service as close to your normal visit as possible.
